✓Fixed an issue where Missile Barrage could reduce the cost and duration of a second Arcane Missiles cast.

✓Fixed an issue where Presence of Mind would not be consumed by spell casts.

✓Fixed various issues around Clearcasting. Clearingcast now correctly does not roll for every target struck by a spell. Clearcasting no longer has a chance to activate off of Dampen Magic and Amplify Magic. Clearcasting no longer has a chance to be activated by abilities cast when not in combat.

✓Fixed an issue where Ice Block was too transparent.

✓Fixed an issue preventing Frostbite and Fingers of Frost from activating from your Ice Armor and Frost Armor spells.
